The cover with Kate Winslet was the best.
I had to vote Courtney, loved the editorial and the interview was hilarious.
they were all pretty awful imo, but I voted for Winona... I really like her punky look
Wow, looking at them all together makes me think that UK Elle has had a pretty crap year for covers.
I'm not going to vote until I see Kate's subscriber cover.
^ But this pole includes newsstand covers.
What a bad set of covers But anyway Kate Winslet.
I'm voting off the subscribers covers. Because in my honest opinion, none of the above covers deserve a vote.
^ No problem
Wanted to vote for none of them, but after choosing between Kate Winslet and Kylie,I finally chose Kate`s Cover!!! : )))
They all suck, so I'm going to be biased and choose Kate's cover!
Kylie,because I adore her
Horrible covers Too rock chic for my taste, so I'll go with Jen Aniston's, since its much softer than the rest.
don't like any of those covers
I agree. I'll wait for the subscribers covers, the newsstand ones are really bad and how long can they go with this rock chick/partygirl aesthetic?
^ But I don't think we have a right to make poll for both newsstand and subscribers covers.
^Even if some of them are totally different pictures?
^ Yes, last year I've made separate thread for US Bazaar Subscriber's covers and something was off... Some members told me this wasn't right.
But please mods, tell us can we make separate polls for subscribers covers of US Elle, UK Elle and US Bazaar ?
Looking at them all together, the cover with Kate Winslet looks best to me, and the irony is, that's the one that reminds me most of their old style of cover, from before the revamp - white background, red title, big celebrity.
Courtney Love was the most interesting choice of cover star, but I can remember not liking that issue much at the time. Maybe it was simply start-of-year blues or the thinness of it.
