It's scanned from an ad in the mens/TV supplement from last week's Mail on Sunday (I have it), which is why it's all grainy. The editor of UK GQ writes a column for that supplement, which is why there's an ad inside for the magazine.

I don't think it's on sale yet, but it's a good cover, can't wait to see the rest of her shots.
