Looks like Liv Tyler is on the cover.
The mag isn't on sale 'till april 10th,
but I was hoping somebody has already better pictures, so far there is only this blurry picture:

I don't like Liv even though she is a true beauty, I don't think she has talent.I'm not very excited about her being in Harper's, and I'm very surprised too. Has she got some film coming out soon?

From what I see that cover sure is beautiful, though the rich colours indicate more to Fall.Thank you for posting.

I read somewhere that this issue features a best-dressed list. Is there anyone who can scan some pictures? I don't think I am the only person here who would love to see them!

That's the top ten. I don't agree with the top ten at all. Maybe with Thandie Newton, and a tiny weeny bit about Gwyneth, wouldn't have ranked her as nro 1 though. The rest of the list seemed so much more better.

Is this supposed to be about British/wannabe-British celebs?
