universal utility

spotted this brand at dover street market, universal utility by caryn mansfield. anyone knows more about it?

for s/s 05, the theme is 'blue boy'. lots of cotton and gingham check dresses, cropped jackets, tops. her style is almost peasant-like, yet elegant.

Oh, Bikkle! I also wanted to know more, but when I Googled Universal Utility all I got was your lonesome post.

I got interested after seeing a great article on UU in this month's Ginza magazine...I'm not sure if it's available in London but do check it out if you can! If your username is what I think it is, maybe you can read Japanese too? Caryn Mansfield sounds like a really interesting woman.

If anyone else knows something about Universal Utility, do tell!
