well I would say sometime this month.. They usually put out the magazine a month before the listed month (make sense?) so if it says august then sometime in July

i think this cover is disappointing....
it looks trashy...
her whole pose and pout is completely overdone....not subtle in any way...

she can be a pretty girl..
but this doesnt highlight that, IMO..
she looks stiff and wooden...
her chest and neck look very masculine...

normally Elle does so much better..
and i've seen jessica look infinitely more attractive...

just my two cents of course...

I her makeup! It's very Brigitte Bardot...and the short hair gives her a nice edgy look. However she could've posed a little bitter...why the hell is her mouth open all the damn time?!?!?! It makes her look trashy sometimes. She pulls off the look well tho..especially the makeup!!

At first glance, I really didn't like this picture of her. The haircut and dark eye makeup are up sides to it though.
