US Elle December 2003 : Cate Blanchett by Gilles Bensimon

I was wondering if anyone knew the name of the model in this months elle shes got a spread in it towards the end look brazilian and has long brown hair and in the issue shes wearing very brigh colors.

that cover is both good and bad

at first glance i liked it. but the more i look at the more i dont like.
her eyes look sunken in with the dark shadowing
she doesnt really have that much of an expression on her face
and there's the whole open mouthed thing.

IMO, they could have picked a better picture. its not the best cover, but at least its a model and not a celebrity.
