I agree, she looks older than 19. The clothes that she wears always make me think she looks sophisticated, well for someone her age anyways.

I the way she looks, maybe people like Britney etc. should take a leaf out of her book, and cover up a bit

Same here. I like the way she dresses..very sophisticated for her age..but I've never viewed Scarlett as beautiful...I find her kind of plain.
