I do not follow BTS or their work but I always love a group cover. I like the color palette, fashion styling, and concept on this one. A cover that does not remind me of the awful reign of Will Welch (even if still edited by him).

Korean mags perpetually have celebs - especially idols and actors - in front of a white backdrop in the studio wearing boring clothes looking like they just discovered their own hands. They're full of notoriously dull advertorials.

Chinese, Taiwanese, Japanese and some SEA mags can call themselves fashion books. South Korea mags are almost worse than American at this point.

The magazine is 134 pages and is printed on thicker paper stock. It makes the glossy look more luxurious.

I would say that it is slightly thicker than U.S. AD but not very thick. For me, it is good thickness. It is definitely an improvement.

Its nice to hear about the improvement of the paper stock, i’ve always wondering why they didn’t do that a few years earlier.. i think Us Vogue is going to use the same paper then
