I think this is stunning and the best American GQ cover in a long, long while.
it’s very pretty and it sets a very realistic autumnal mood, despite the obvious references.
also, he looks gorgeous in the editorial. it’s a win for GQ.
The best they've done in a long time, and hell its freaking Timothee Chalamet on a US GQ cover. Hallelujah.
The inside editorial is wonderful!
The Making (and Re-Making) of Timothée Chalamet
Renell is really putting out some amazing work, excited to see where she goes in terms of high fashion, if she does
Ooh, Timothee Chala-Met-I-Sleep-With-Danger and Paul Mescal? Count me in!
Gorgeous cover, gorgeous editorial!
Love him, and love everything about this.
All I see is an overhyped poster boy wearing what appears to be a cargo harem pants? Pass! A thousand times over. Because I like my llamas with actual fluffy hair on their faces.
Also, the cover looks like an outtake from the Sweden editorial in the current L'Uomo. Something very deja vu about it overall.
Maybe it would have been better with someone else. Anyone really, except maybe Rami Malek.
These would all make stunning images but the styling? Especially the picture in wich he wore a Juicy Couture-like hoodie and what appears to be a pair of corduroy pants? And someone got paid to do that kind of styling? Lol
The shoot resembles a teen girl infatuated with her new badboy BF and can’t stop taking pics of him to post on her Insta. I don’t see a single professional shot here. Nice amateur snaps is being too generous. And LL Bean catalogue cover would be too kind.
I dunno. He's overhyped but wears the clothes better than his male celebrity ilk. He's also so overhyped this will probably be their highest selling cover of the year.
At least it's not another psuedo-activist issue about deconstructing masculinity again.
Lovely photos but does anyone else feel uncomfortable when they see grown women thirsting over this guy because he looks 16 lol
LOL. Grown women thirst on 14 year-olds and they still get away with it. I suppose we should think it somewhat refreshing that Timothee is at least of age.
Always here for Timothee. He always delivers. One of GQ’s best covers in years.
I like the cover, it has a nice vintage 70s GQ feel to it; when GQ use to do location shoots for almost every issue. That's about it. The editorial is boring as hell.
