Why are these race car drivers suddenly snatching fashion covers??

There’s definitely a push to popularize Formula 1 in the US, and putting attractive drivers front and center seems to be the strategy. Sadly watching the actual races are a complete bore, it drags on for hours and you practically never even see the drivers.

I think ever since that F1 Netflix series their profiles have skyrocketed, US included.

Doesn't hurt that they are ridiculously attractive, specially these two lol

As soon as people realise it's an elitist sport populated by the rich, they'll find a place for it in their hearts alongside their collection of expensive watches and everything else that someone told them that people of taste are into.

And we expect soccer players for October in every GQ (and even Vogue) magazine. But I really tolerate F1 drivers, and they are really handsome. They only need to work how to be in front of photographers lens. Also they appeal to the +30 readers. No complaints with them.

F1 has become hugely popular thanks to Netflix even in the US also it has so much money behind it they can probably afford to bribe Conde nast lol
