what an unflattering angle  so its the Battle of the Sequels eh? SATC2 versus Iron Man 2 for the May covers lol.

    "Naked Truth: Woman Unretouched"
..and still Goopy looks photoshopped to death

Women un-retouched? Shame about the cover. I sighed when I saw the thread title, certainly not a one for Gwyneth!
I do like the colours of the newsstand cover. But again, their cover lines are recycled.
Very interested to see a review of this issue, their editorial content is always fantastic!

How many fonts are being used on that cover? XD! It goes from sort of classy to uh... some attempt at being hip. My eyes hurt from the text alone, lol.

Now that's the sort of Gywneth editorial that I like, where she plays along with the idea that she's preciously posh - and I love the sight of a grand house, no matter who might be standing in front of the fireplace. Newsstand cover is predictably bland, but I like it more than UK Vogue's version.

A lot better than her UK VOGUE cover. Atleast it`s a new layout with Same text

There's no doubt that it's better than UK Vogue, there were many US Bazaar covers which looked like gossip magazine cover, but never like this, this cover is too much, and the concept of my editorial isn't for my taste.

P.S. Now we all can guess why Vogue didn't put her on the cover.

Can't stand her. So arrogant and forgets she was born in the US and not England. Cannot believe that Chris Martin would marry such a shallow shell of a human being.

Her last Vogue US cover was one of the worst sellers ever. And given the current economic climate it is no surprsise Anna wouldn't give her a 7th cover. I am surprised that the magazines and movie studios are using Gwyneth to promote the film when Scarlett Johansson is a known best seller for magazines.

The text on the cover is so distracting. The image isn't too bad but the text completely overshadows it. Stale typical Bazaar editorial too. It needs a serious revamp.

I don't like Gwen but I think both covers are pretty decent. I can't wait to see the inside content (the editorials especially).

I would've liked it better if they used Scarlett as the cover girl to promote Iron Man 2. This is a very forgettable and borders-on-awful cover. The ed isn't that good either. And aren't the readers tired of the hypocritical "unretouched, au naturel" sh*t that magazines claim to have done on their pages when VERY OBVIOUS photoshop~ing and makeup is used all throughout? Come on! Marie Claire did this in their May issue with Jess Simpson too. It seems HB has succumbed to that as well. Hopefully the eds more than make up for this.
