After hearing the rumor she's got mad on Enninful to put this very same guy on the cover and the comments of "gender free Vogue", it doesn't make sense.
In another look, this meant more for Vanity Fair, not even GQ. Identity crisis at best or sign of the times. Poor US Vogue.

From this cover, which was completely different from what Vogue did at time, joyful, in a casual look to putting a man on cover as last cover, specially highlighting how a man views universe... probably is a sight of times.
