Who is the photographer? The editorial is amateur.
He is a music video director. Mostly associated with P.Diddy work.
LOL the dress looks cheap as hell.
Happy for Lizzo and she looks great but mostly because of her energy, surely not thanks to the photography
I love Lizzo & I’m so happy for her! She deserves better tho The cover looks okay imo but the edit... nothing really works there
^ nor the styling...
Hype Williams? Where’s the fish eye lens?
Not sure about her expression on the cover nor the photography indeed but it's a strong cover, the coverlines, the layout and styling for me works very well
This magazine keeps on digging its own grave. I have nothing against Lizzo but they could have at least put some effort to make this cover likable.
So, Hype Williams is shooting Vogue covers now, 'eh?
Hot mess. Nothing works here. From the amateur photography to unflattering styling.
Its not like I expected anything good from man that calls himself Hype Williams.
So excited to see Lizzo! What a great choice for a cover star.
It's a shame that the image isn't great - I feel like the cover is almost there, but it's just not quite right. Still great to see a fresh face for US Vogue!
Vogue is dead. That Vogue Questions video is awkward as hell.
Lizzo deserves better.
It's good to see Lizzo and I love the cover. The editorial, however, is very bad. I thought they were backstage outtakes.
I can only imagine how much more elevated this would've turned out, had Ethan James Green been behind the lens. What a total non-event of a shoot, which reads more like a lookbook than it does a cover story for Vogue! Major, MAJOR disappointment.
