great issue!
i love all those hair and make up tips...
i miss those in american mags now...

i spent about 1/2 hour to 1 hour reading some of them in another thread......
they are so good, really...
they make everything seem so easy---
and they are written in a very conversational tone- rather than the self promotional sound bites we get these days from celeb hair and make up folks...
back then- it was just like talking to your hair dresser or a make up artist at the mall...
so good~! so accessible...
