Nadja scored both Harper’s and Vogue's September issues that year?!?!?!?

She’s one of those chameleons that effortlessly disappear into a role. Damn, the mood that year, that season was pure late-70s/early-80s cocaine and glam decadence: The spirit of Jerry Hall/Bianca Jagger/Halston living the life in Studio 54 were simultaneously on every single editor/stylist/photographer/designer’s mind. Such a shift in the fashion realm and it came like a satin and velvet stylequake that’s still felt and influential to this day. Titanic era.
