This has to be fake. WTF?
It's Vogue's first digital cover:
Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas Are Married—And the Newlyweds Are the Stars of Vogue’s First Digital Cover
OMG, they are GIFs!!
It's one of the tackiest I have ever witnessed. To use a wedding to promote Vogue and themselves is bad taste in my opinion but in this way it's even worse, it's just ridiculous. Is this Vogue or some random magazine for teenagers that gives you glittery highlighters as a gift?
I am not going to buy the issue
please tell me that vogue.com got hacked and this is not for real! what a way to start 2019
It’s the same hackers who hacked D&G’s Instagram
Ew, ew, ew!!!!
What's this tackiness? Ok, they're tryinng a digital cover, why the gif masthead? And that second cover is the WORST US VOGUE COVER EVER. So corny. Anna must've been on leave because there's no way she'd ever approve this.
I can deal with the first one because his face is obscured. But why him on the cover, shot by Annie? Yikes!
First things first they are the most random couple ever. Period.
There is no fashion here, this looks like a Tumblr fan made thing, soooooo teenager material that is almost offenssive. Teen Vogue already something like that? In the worst case this could be cool, but Im not buying it.
I guess we can wait a newsstand cover, however the only thing that people and us will remember is this.
If you want gifs and fashion go watch MIA XXO video.
This is not official cover, so this thread should be posted after the official cover is released.
All I can see on that cover is a terrible nose job. Super unflattering.
Oofff. That's one ROUGH cover. haha.
Real cover or not - the .gif treatment kills me! Magazines need to stop looking at tumblr!
and that b#tch is not leaving.
So if I understand, Anna will give cover to any of these celebrity couples who are engaged or something? I will not comment on the cover and their first digital cover, I don't want to be banned from TFS for the crude words I have on my mind right now for Anna and all her team.
The worst I've ever seen from Vogue, and I've seen a lot of terrible Vogue. GIFs? Is the '00s revival going that far? I hate the pop culture '00s revival but I never thought the real fashion world would sink to it. Appalling.
I don't know anything about Priyanka but she's very beautiful and it's nice to see a fresh face on the cover, especially a woman of colour; but other than some nice shots in the editorial, everything else about this is just plain embarrassing.
I'm mortified for Vogue: the fact that they released all of this so early when their December issue is barely out, the fact that all the images and the article are available to read online a good 2 weeks before the print issue hits shelves (and it'll no doubt be pamphlet thin as all their January issues are), the cheesy, cheesy soundbites about Priyanka and Nick's relationship, the cringe video content with the two of them, the fact this relationship is being sold as some huge deal...I could go on and on, but it's all so convoluted - why would anyone want to part with their money for this issue when it finally arrives? No wonder print is dying.
Anna is a legend, I've always felt weirdly defensive of her even when she's made terrible choices because of how incredible her career has been and what she's achieved, and I have hated the calls for her departure, but now it really does feels like it's time for her to move on. US Vogue is all over the place. It's lost it's prestige, it's lost it's identity.
The digital cover is a mess and is downright disgusting. As simpler masthead would have sufficed.
Will wait for the actual cover though, since this won't affect me.
With all these early release, makes me wonder if the Instagram post was posted early by mistake
This is stupid. I hate it.
Does anyone know if this is an online only release, or will it go to print?
