Latvian born, UK based Valters Medenis was scouted playing basketball on Brighton beach.
The blond haired, blue eyed model launched his career back in June 2013 walking exclusively for Prada in Milan, followed by Valentino and Lanvin in Paris. Editorials for ****ing Young, Wonderland and 10 Men followed.
Valters’ most recent fashion week in January 2014 saw him walk for Xander Zhou, J.W. Anderson, Alexander McQueen, Ermenegildo Zegna, Les Hommes, Valentino, Damir Doma, Kris Van Assche and Dior Homme.

What’s the funniest thing that has happened to you on a shoot?: I had to wear some funky clothing on a shoot that was located at a place where there were lots of elderly people. They were pretty shocked with the outfits I think… that was pretty funny!
What’s your favorite fashion city and why?: Paris, because I know so many lovely people there and everyone goes there so you always meet people from all around the world at any time of the year.
Who are your idols?: Bob Marley and Buddha, just because they lived for others
What was the last dream you remember?: In my last dream I was on a boat, sailing around

How much money would you need to shave your hair off? Not sure, I think I would just have to be in a spontaneous mood and i’d just do it for nothing hehe
