She's officialy Miucca's and Meisel's new muse... is it safe to say she's kind of defining the model aesthetic for this new era? I mean, she's the new girl who has more exposure, or let's say the most significant exposure when it comes to representing the preponderant look that casting directores are giving us in covers, eds and runways. Girls with edgy looks, meaning not so stereotypical soft features, but strong ones: bushy and long eyebrows; predominant noses, ears and foreheads; in general... quirky features, but there's still a lot of classic presence in the eyes and the facial shapes that prevents them from looking alien or too alternative. It girls of the moment who could fit this description would be: Magda, Nadja, Marine, Antonina, Julia, Ruby Jean, and of course Vanessa... among many others, but I think she's the biggest representative of the current main aesthetic out there... just like Gemma was the chosen one for the alien girls, and Lara for all her gap toothed army and clones, Vanessa might become the leader of this generation imo.
