I don't find the pic tacky. It's a nude girl - there is nothing really sleezy or obscene about it. It's not a sex tape, it's not a pic that was meant to be seen by anyone other than herself or obviously her bf. Clearly taking such pics and putting them in the hands of someone else is never a wise thing but I don't find it to be in the same vein as the Paris sex tape or soft corn p*rn type shots that a lot of actresses do for money because they get famous.

the picture is not fake. her publicist confirmed it to TMZ and People and a host other gossip sites/magazines. The US weekly thing is fake, but its only a matter of time before it happens i think. It's reminiscent of what Jessica Biel did to get off of Seventh Heaven, but whether Vanessa intended it to be that way, who knows

No they haven't replaced her... yet at least. People are saying the US Weekly article was a fake & it probably is considering nobody sees it on the US weekly site.

I've taken nude pics. Although not for anybody else. Just to see what I look like. Being naked shouldn't be that much of a scandal. So they know what she looks like without clothes on. It's not like she's standing there with somebody's severed head.

missakura, I'm so with you on this. I'm really fed up with this childish preoccupation with nudity on the part of the media. To treat some nude pictures of anyone, real or fake, like a crime is just ridiculous. I've taken nude pics, many many people I know have done the same. Its curiousity, for SOs. Even just for yourself. I totally realize I'm at the apex of bodily health right now, wouldn't you want to enjoy it? Real or not its a really benign shot as well. God forbid a fun loving 18 year old do this...This type of crap + jailed starlets is driving me insane, lets talk about hypocritical, homophobic senators that is scandalous.

Whatever I really like Vanessa, yay for more half Filipinos!!
