The dress makes her boobs look lopsided. Her right boob is higher than her left one. But I think it fits with her style because she likes to wear flowy things.

Her stylist is Deborah Waknin (or was. I don't know if they're still working together). Deb also dresses Megan Fox for red carpet.

I agree. She's had no 'wow' red carpet moments for a while and whoever keeps styling and doing her hair and makeup seem to be doing just an ok job. I think Rachel Zoe's team would be a good fit for her.
