My UK subscription copy arrived today, and it was so thin – 106 pages – that I was totally dismissive of the issue before I sat down and had a look through – there is the same amount of written content as usual, there’s just a real lack of ads.
Although if this is supposed to be a pseudo-September ‘fall fashion issue’ there’s a real paucity of visual content. I know Vanity Fair’s style issues were never that big in size, but this is just a bunch of interviews interspersed with a few shots of Imaan Hammam.
Another one for the recycling - although I do make sure to read every page of my Vanity Fairs before I move them on.
