    Avedon always knew how to bring out the best in models. He was a true master of studio photography. Over 20 years later these photos still look modern. Without him, Versace never would have achieved such high position in industry. The image with Kate in short black dress is my favorite. Afro suits her so well.

    Kate looks her most gorgeous here and during this era: She gained some curves and looks 7-feet tall.

    You can clearly see where is Meisel's inspiration from.....:rolleyes:(I mean his studio shot for Vogue US)
