LOL hilariously heinous. Looks like Skechers signage for their outlet dumps.
You know, I’ve never coveted Versace— even when Donatella took the reins after Gianni’s death and rebranded it so slickly/sickly/wickedly and stripped it off its gaudy sensibility in the late-90s. But the campaigns were always such a monumental standout, and always epitomized what high fashion vision ought to strive for.
Nowadays, besides hilariously resembling some fast-fashion budget knock-off of some licensed junior Versace line with the fashions, these campaigns have time and time again frighteningly resembled the worse of the most budget-constrained fast-fashion sensibility. It’s beyond a pandering caricature, it’s an all-out hollow mockery of the Versace brand.
