The international top Vlada Roslyakova, 18 years old, came to Brasil for the first time to make the new perfume ad for Roberto Cavalli. She took the opportuniy that the date coincided with the SPFW... the result: she did 8 shows (Maria Bonita, Cavalera, Zapping, Triton, Iódice, Ellus, Reinaldo Lourenço and Cori).

The russian girl found the time to talk to the SPFW site between the rush of the shows.

How everything started?
I was discovered. Someone told me I could model, then I started. Miuccia Prada was one of the first to bet on me.

Favorites brands?
Chloé, D&G, AnnDemeulemester

What is the difference to work in Brasil and out there?
Professional I don´t see many difference. But here in Brasil people smile more, they transmit a better energy. Out there is different, everything is more serious.

What was the coolest thing in Brasil so far?
Everything. The people, the scenery, the weather, I saw the beach for the first time in my life! It was in Rio de Janeiro, Copacabana. I can´t describe what I felt. It was amazing!

But you came from Siberia! At the Cavalera show, outside, almost 40º, how did you feel?
It was great! In Siberia we also have summer - very short, but very hot. I love the weather of Brasil! I would do everything again.

What's the difference betwen modeling in Brazil and abroad?
"There isn't much difference on the professional plan. But people here smiles more, they transmit a better energy. Abroad is different, it's all taken more seriously."

What's for you the coolest thing in Brazil so far?
"Everything. People, panoramas, climate. I saw the sea for the first time in my life! It's been in Rio de Janeiro, on Copacabana. I can't describe what it felt like. It was amazing!"
