I must confess I expected a better result considering how great the two images published in US Vogue were. I could've done without the pink hair and the weird lens ''creative touch'' to it or whatever.
Anyway, just the sight of Gemma here makes me happy! She aged so beautifully and I wish she had more presence on the current fashion scene.
Always love Gemma Ward, but the cover literally looks like Model 101. Appreciated the clean layout.
She’s resting on pretty but I’ll take it! Can’t wait to see the editorial.
A creativity shoot in Byron. Groundbreaking
Vogue Ukraine did it better. Not sure I’d ever have thought that in 2007 Irina Shayk would outmodel Gemma Ward but here we are.
good to see Gemma but there’s something missing... bring the editorial!
YES YES YESSSSSSSS I'm LIVING for this !!! They finally transformed her in Australia ahahah gosh she looks sooooooo good !!! Love her pose, the hair, the dress = everything ! SUPERMODEL incorporated ! OMG sorry ahahahah
The cover is uneventful but the editorial sounds promising.
Gemma!!!!! Put her in and on anything, I don’t care, and I will approve!!!
What a snoozefest! Last month's haunting shot with Amanda would have been better for March but then I guess this makes sense for their autumn fashion cover hence the moody backdrop. I can mostly tolerate the rest, but the hair is the worst crime ever.
Bet the bracelet is Cartier again. Vogue Australia is obsessed with Cartier.
A non-event in terms of final output. However, Gemma on covers will never not warm my heart.
Vogue Australia emulating Vogue Paris’ art direction? *acts surprised* *cries in Miller Banner*
Torn because I've always liked Vogue Australia's art direction. It comes together really nicely when you have the actual magazine in front of you. In fact, better and more authentic than Vogue Paris if I have to be honest.
I doubt whether this would be the newsstand cover though, so I'm keen to see that one.
What bothers me the most is the awful dress.
This is really bad, even though it's Gemma.
It's Natasha Poly's pink hair fiasco all over again, what was the reason? The previews don't look promising at all unfortunately.
This reminds me a lot of a story she did with Testino for British Vogue a long tima ago.
This is exactly what is wrong with the fashion print media. Objective : take a beautiful woman & make her as ugly as possible & while you’re at it style a wardrobe that only 0.1% of the population dress like. Finally make sure this cover appeals to exactly … no one
