Obviously there the pic isn't in HQ, so it could be just the person who took the pic had their flash on that may have distorted the picture.

I think its evident, this is not the actual cover but rather a FNO supplement that came with the newspaper.

Her lips and what she did to them is an old story. If that was my problem with this cover, I wouldn't have liked any cover/spread with Lana, which was not the case, and I like the way she looks. They definitely did something to her lips, maybe trying to make them look more natural, which would be extremely silly.
