Magnificent! I would've preferred a softer color for logo and text, but Abby's beauty is in focus regardless.
*coughs in Meisel* (or whoever Meisel copied before... Avedon?)
it’s pretty but there’s something a little too much, maybe the match of the headpiece with the outfit (all those camellia petals, it’s Chanel for sure, right?)
on another note, Vogue Brazil is directionless isn’t it?
2 covers.. looks Chanel!!
Agreed! the styling is too much. Only the hat was needed and not that dress/top, would have made a better impact.
And these sort of covers should have a more vintage Vogue composition - model to left, text to right.
Overall it's a decent effort, but nothing about Vogue Brazil excites me. I don't even know why they drop the covers so late. It's not as if anyone is waiting in bated breath for a January issue at this stage. We'd have forgotten about this cover (and thread!) once the February issues start rolling in later this week.
I knew that she would deliver even before I clicked this thread. The third cover is magnificent.
Vogue Brazil DNA is so confused!
The bar is so low that the first cover is considered stellar for them. Pretty, but not a stand out.
The other covers remind me of Vogue Russia supplements - never should've seen the light of day.
Who on earth is Arthur Demarchelier? Another of Patrick's son's? God, i guess this means there's still a future for Ivanka Trump.
No, no, no. Garbage! This magazine is lost. They need some changes, like, urgent. Help!
Dumbfounded as to how those second and third covers ever saw the light of day, when the first cover blows them both out the water! The first cover is extremely beautiful, very refreshing, perfect for a January issue and needed the spotlight entirely on its own!
The first cover is gorgeous. The other two are totally unnecessary.
Finally something I can look at without twisting my nose.
2nd cover is OK, 3rd cover is terrible!
why 3 covers? one would suffice!
I saw the pink cover first on Instagram and immediately loved it. I even thought of Vogue Paris for a sec. Abby is such a beauty, also really striking in person. First cover is soft and dreamy. Great covers for me!
The bar is set so low I almost believed Abby delivered unfortunately she didn’t but it looks like she put in some effort for once
