Her pose looks so uncomfortable and her facial expression is showing that..
Quite awful and I usually love her.

Ugh, her pose ruins the whole cover.

Her pose is like "give me the American Vogue cover already!"

Too sterile for my taste, but also, could have been nicer if Victoria looked more relax instead of so tense.

Didn't she have an American Vogue cover already, I think I remember one from a few years back.

Hmm if models can count the third page of a fold out as a cover I don't see why the above wouldn't count. Tbh though I don't see why Anna hasn't had her on the cover. She featured her in the magazine aplenty. Sat front row at her show. Had her do the 73 questions, so it's not like she doesn't like her.

Has US Vogue ever put a designer on one of their covers?

^ Whoa, very surprised, actually shocked by the ed. Something totally different for VB, and most likely her best shoot she has done in the last 20 years. Inez & Vinoodh are the best portrait photographers in the game, even Demarchelier comes second to them.

Victoria is all about static, polished glamour (like seen on the cover), and it works & sells for her, but its nice to see her agreeing to something so different, most likely because of I&V. Which makes me wonder if Cheung didn't like their cover shots, and got Solve to shoot the cover in the end, or are there two eds with VB?

What is it with Angelica and her love for Sundsbo? He is great, but in the last 6 months its his third cover for them, and also why when you get I&V giving such great portraits, it reminded me of Avedon's Vogue work way back when.

Was Inez & Vinoodh not available for this?

Anyway, it's a decent editorial, however it feels weird because the cover is so so so so so different from the editorial.

^Oh no wonder it has the same vibe! Thanks for the info.

However, they should have shot the cover!

Love the energy coming from Vic's ed. In some way it reminds me of her daughter Harper.

Why wasn't the cover shot with the same vibe as the story? Such a mistake. The edit is amazing, so much energy.
