Not a huge fan of the zoomed out perspective, but, that's a fantastic picture!
The subtle green and white and Liu looks gorgeous!

95% comments under VOGUE China's Weibo post are fans celebrating Liu Wen's 14th VC cover, not much attention being given to the theme, approach and tonality.

Personaly I can't hate the theme - Force of Nature , set in Qinghai's plateau where is the source of China's major rivers. But it reminds me of VOGUE Taiwan's Sep issue, which shows stronger connection with nature.

LOVE this cover !!! The editorial is really nice too. Liu is truly one of the very best, the pose is amazing, she makes me look at the clothes, great hair and makeup, it's a goooood cover story !!! I hope there's a video

Btw, is it just me, or anybody else has also noticed that with Margaret Zhang at the helm of Vogue China, there are featured much more (or, shall I say, predominantly!) Chinese models, celebrities, etc., which, of course, I HIGHLY SUPPORT!

It's not a cover-worthy image I'm afraid, too zoomed out, and the composition simply doesn't work.
The colours and styling look great though.

For all the hype about Margaret, she's not really leaving any mark on this edition so far. This looks like something cooked up by Angelica's team. The reality is that Margaret would have to keep as many references to Angelica's tenure as possible if she wants to keep the VPC reader. And that includes celebs and models such as Liu Wen, who truly came a long way. I cannot help but love the fact that she's managed to bag the 14th cover.
