Vogue Germany September 2022 : Jella Haase by Dan Beleiu

Atrocious cover, truly hideous styling and if fashion's new world resembles this... I want no part of it! A crying shame to see yet another European edition of Vogue just thrust into such mediocrity.

girl, no.

the colours on the background are the only nice thing.

It's as if Billie Eilish pre-Happier Than Ever went to Chromatica. I don't like it.

It's 90s rave, repackaged in a highly processed form, churned out by a factory.

And look back at their Sep 2021 cover, it had the same same 'silhouettes against the sunset' theme. New, new, new they plaster on the cover, like a stuck record (models.com).

I was gonna say that the only happy about this is Versace but not really....when they see this image they will give their polite "amazing" when on the inside they will say "holy crap"....

If someone needs me I'll be reminiscing over the last great German September cover that was Demarchelier's 2016 issue with Frederikke Sofie, trying to erase this ugliness from my mind. If I'm quite honest, in the time it took me to type this out I already remember nothing but an ugly blur of green, what a completely forgettable mess. Pitiful!

Ugly as sin. The model looks so uncomfortable in that try hard pose and the clothes are absolutely horrendous.

Old Vogue Germany could be boring more often than not but it was never this tacky.

Can't say that I like it, can't say that I hate it. I guess I love some small things about it but the final result doesn't thrill me that much. Or the other way 'round.

Does the jumper have shoulder pads? If so, why?

My first instinct is to blame the photographer and stylist for the awful cover, but which editor in their right mind would run this?

Yeah Sometimes a lot of the awful covers we see is a result of a bad edition. I cannot believe that this is the best of the shooting or cover worthy...

You better start to believe! :D

Yeah...but of course there must be some options that we don't know bout....

She is no good in front of the camera and also i detect an styling issue....maybe the one with the helmet on is the best shot... but overall terrible...
