i dont understand, they mde 2 original overs for 2 months that are not tha big in fashion (January and February) and now in March they have a repring.

I see this is a reprint, so I'll ask my question here, because I don't know where to ask it.
Which Vogue editions never reprint covers? Japan, United Kingdom, Turkey...what else?

American Vogue, Vogue Paris, Vogue Italia, Vogue Deutsch, Vogue Russia (they use to do it though, about 10 years ago), Vogue Espana and Vogue Brasil.
