If I remember correctly, the last time VI had some articles translated to English on the last pages was for April 2019 issue.
After that, they did podcasts for a while in English for some of the articles for a few months and with February 2020 issue they included a bulletin with the magazine with some articles in English.

Lila is no Kate, but I genuinely do not mind the sight of this AT ALL. I kinda like this art direction for Vogue Italia too, with the font choice reminding me of the December 1992 cover with Sofia Coppola by Steven Meisel (and Sienna Miller on UK Elle's subscribers cover back in 2008). I've seen FAR worse.
