I was being nostalgia, listening to some oldies on Youtube and The Ronettes' "Be My Baby" started to play. I knew I had to go back to this thread to appreciate the main ed again, which was inspired by the group and their style. And again, this reminds me of how great Steven Meisel is as a contemporary fashion photographer. You can argue how he copies legends such as Avedon or Penn in his works, but one cannot deny his ability to use music, movies and pop culture as references to make great and memorable fashion stories.
