no, it was supposed to go to a model who already had three VI covers, just read the cover rumor thread and you'll see

^Yeah, she's been around for awhile. Not sure how long really, but I was watching this show and Marc Jacobs was being featured and they interviewed models at one of his shows, maybe 1998, and she was one of the models that was featured.

I did. As far as I know, the February cover was the one that was supposed to go to the model with 3 covers...and it's lingere inspired. There was so much stuff posted on that thread.

well that is just how you interpret the rumours. No one specifically said it was three VI covers and Wayne said it was an all star debutBut I guess we will never know.
