Early-90s stying and hair is really heinous LOL Even Yasmeen can’t tackle the tacky here.

But Steven... Oh God, really saved these early-90s issues time and time again. His stories are worlds apart from that brand of tacky of the Walter and Albert stories. “Black Is Back” is stunning despite all the early-90s trappings; my God— even that dreaded Versace bondage dress looks impossibly immaculate, and on Kristen, it’s untouchable and surreal, and unfair to mere mortals. I wished this story went on for 40 more pages. Steven always brings out the best in any model, and with immortals like Kristen and Nadja (who looks sublimely wicked here), these women truly defined Supers yet to be dethroned. (And to think this generation has… Kendall and Bella LOOOOL)

Michele Hicks don't appears on this ed, but the other models are Veronica Webb, Susie Bick, maybe Deon Bray & i don't know who's the redhead girl.

I love early 90s. Issues from that time still had the fun, and unapologetic glamour of 80s. There was a lot of kitsch, but when looking at the pictures you can you feel the joy that fashion gives. I miss it.
If Farnetti was smart he would hire Perez to do the illustrations. His work is superior to trash most photographers produce nowadays.

Thank you for posting! @aracic
