love them both, it´s a good cover, I wish ALL MAGAZINES would stop with these horizontal covers though: it´s silly and ugly. This image is gorgeous anyways so I might get this one ;)

It’s a nice picture but not for a Fashion magazine. It would work better as an editorial spread or a cover for another publication.

Once again, just really awful, when will this guy leave, he should have stayed at GQ, that is his "level"!!

Hugo Comte's photography is lovely and this cover is proof of that, however I can understand why the image rubs people the wrong way. It is pretentious and just as trite a concept as every other cover by Farneti. But these two photograph like a dream, and the image here with it's faintly baroque undertones really intrigues me.

Why don't they have some of his tweets as cover lines too?

These two are insufferable, but they're beautiful, and I will always stan for black beauty.
    That's a wonderful cover.

Editorial is better than the cover, as usual.

The editorial is so obviously inspired by Meisel's Versace campaign and yet it's so unique, brilliant. I love it!

Willow is gorgeous, but I could really do without Jaden here...

The shot with the red top would have made a more stunning cover! What a waste

Hugo Comte is such a rare gem in a bunch of contemporary photographers. But I guess he will be overused and lose his magic... just like Tim Walker

I suppose in the sea of mediocrity Hugo sort of rises above. Still, if you're going to be "inspired" by someone, don't be half-assed about it.

^ No one can use renaissance paintings as an inspiration now just because Saint Meisel used them once?

Nope, just means that fashion photography standards are so low they've reached the core of the Earth if Hugo "walking 90s Vogue Italia encyclopedia" Comte is considered such a great thing.
