That's really beautiful, i loved it in the magazine, but that's just a wonderful choice for a cover, Kate is great here, so natural.

It's Leibovitz who does that more than Kate. We all know (oh-to well!) that if it was up to Kate, her favorite pose is topless lazy lying in the sofa, smoking a cigarette! (or anything topless and smoking!)
