Vogue Netherlands December 2012 : Doutzen Kroes by Patrick Demarchelier

This looks very good! Can't wait to get this in the mail :D.

I won't judge the cover before I've seen it in good quality, but the good news is that it's Demarchelier for Dutch Vogue. I hope this will drag in some more top notch photographers for the magazine.

It's their most boring and safest cover to date ans the colours aren't as vibrant as I had hoped they would be. But it's not a bad cover at all. It's actually the most 'Vogue' cover they have produced so far.

This edition have VOGUE has been such a let down since the beginning for cover worthy photos...not to mention some decent editorials.

AWKWARD COVER!

Her smile looks fake because she is smiling but something in her eyes seems very boring + tired.

I hope this looks better in big HQ.

I really do like it, though from the preview I thought the background was gonna be like a light blue, and I think that would've been a better choice than the grey.

Previews of the eds from facebook.com/voguenl:

Besides Doutzen and Stella (a reprint:sick:) I recognize Natasa Vojnovic and Elise Crombez :woot:. The girl on the far left could be Milou Sluis but I'm not sure.

it looks boring, i mean Doutzen looks great n she knows hot to model.the background is boring, the "vogue" font is weird and very amateur. not liking this at all.

I actually love the cover. Doutzen looks very relaxed and beautiful.

The Instagram photo does the cover more justice than the Facebook one does. This is the exact direction I crave from magazines - simple and natural. Doutzen is beautiful and Patrick Demarchelier's often does wonders, so I look forward to seeing the rest of the shoot.

The fact that Elise is inside makes it worth purchasing

Yeah, I agree. I think it's a nice cover. Just nice, that's all.

natasa's ed looks promising. the cover is a total flop however (that text! ugh!)

Simple and great shot but horrible texture on the Vogue logo. Seems like WordArt.
Such small details can make such a huge difference in the long run.

Doutzen looks fantastic though!

^On the physical cover the Vogue logo is silvery metallic.
