Funnily enough, I don't hate it and think the black background makes the shot! IMO, I think this is a stronger December cover than Vogue Germany's offering and I actually love the dress and how Bette's wearing it. I also like the addition of Bette's son, because after all, family and children are the personification of Christmas and festivities, for me.
