Oh my goodness. What a disaster.
It doesnt look like her
What is this?!?
How utterly Dutch: normal/basic is good enough. I don't want these basics for Vogue, see them on the streets enough. I want something extraordinary which Vogue NL almost never delivers.
OMG THIS IS HORRIBLE!!!
Maybe this would work for i-D, but as a Vogue cover, this is everything I wouldn't want to look like.
'Groot Mode Nummer' with a cover showing a denim jacket? That should get the style mavens to buy into this!
It's not an awful shot. Looks like an Alasdair McLellan reject. But I quite like the whole golden-haired village girl earnestness of it all, but for March. And with that font? This woman is clueless.
I want to see how she'll muck up Imaan Hammam's upcoming cover.
I could have sworn that was a photograph of Lauren Hutton from 30 years ago.
The layout is a...choice. It's like three magazine titles in one.
She looks like Laura Hutton on that cover, and not in a good way lol
Ughh how I wish this zeitgeist of looking as pedestrian as possible was over already. Fashion magazines need to realize that this kind of “style” only works for the Instagram crowd. When will they realize that in order to survive today’s digital-driven world, fashion doesn’t need to offer what “Outfit of the Day” influencers present on a regular basis. They need to give us something that we won’t get on the aforementioned Instagram, which is something that evokes aspirations.
one of these occasions when you wish your eyes could unsee...
OMG, whoever published this obviously hates Lara Stone.
Looks like a random picture pulled from a high school year book.
This photographer should stick to Instagram
Mess is the word.
Besides the insta-meme, I really like it, it's light and fresh, I also really like Matteo's photography, there's no need for high gloss tacky glamour in order to get a good cover shot.
You’re assuming the problem lies in this not being “high gloss tacky glamour” to get approval. That isn’t it at all, these photos are just bad.
That is harsh. I’m getting Lauren Hutton vibes. And that is not a compliment.
