Really ? Gisele on a June cover for French Vogue ? Groundbreaking
Too many font colors and the background is so bland ...
It's refreshing and different, that's for sure. But I'm not sold 100%.
This is fake, right? I can see gray pixels around Gisele's arms from a misused magic selection tool. And the font...?
Oh this is indefensible. The art direction IS A DISASTER. Goodness!?
Such a transparent money-grab. Alt's VP may be the most directional of the top 4, but she's the least daring of them all when it comes to cover subjects.
I like the black and white colour scheme, it goes well with her tan. The juvenile colours weren't needed. But not a bad cover overall. Just nothing special or striking, imo.
Great cover, terrible Art Direction.
Gisèle in a swimsuit is expected and I guess her wearing Chanel is a fun reference to her past as the face of the brand...
I really feel like Emmanuelle miss doing ads
do French people really love Gisele so much? She hardly ever has anything interesting to say...
Very VI from the late 80s, early 90s. Sporty, beachy and vintage. LOVE her hair in this one.
is this for real? I don´t mind Gisele but this is so basic, so boring.
It's as if one cover with Gisele sold well for Alt and she's been giving her covers shamelessly since. Yeah okay, she consistently sells well but don't be surprised when people say they are bored.
I'm not a 100 per cent sold on the first cover but it's okay. The second cover was unnecessary. The cover with Rianne at least promised a good editorial - this one, I'm sure, wouldn't be something I haven't seen before.
Crikey, that tan is way too much!
I suppose the second cover is better, but again, ruined by the art direction.
At least the second cover looks like an actual finished one that a publication would release. And the Vuitton jacket looks so much better here than it did on the runway.
Not again. June/July 2019, 17, 12..............
They could've show at least one of her eyes on the second cover.
The lower part looks quite unappealing, in my opinion. And what's with the oily hands?
French people love Sophie Marceau, Laëtitia Casta or Vanessa Paradis...
I don’t know if they love Gisele but the VP reader is used to Gisele being on the cover.
She is a safe bet and she is doing the « blonde, healthy bombshell on the beach » better than anyone. « Gisele on vacation by VP » can be a book by now...
Okay the second cover works! Cannot forgive the font, but at least the photo is commanding and it actually does look like a finished publication
