I agree, I'm waiting for the Le bal Masqué editorial, maybe Karmen can save the issue for me.

The Party editorial is awful, such a mess. I'm not even saying anything about the shot with Anja touching her boob or whatever.

OMG "Bal Masqué" is stunning! Not only is the variety in the model casting and styling great, but it's beautifully photographed! and Roberto is delicious.

The concept of The Party was great but horribly executed imo. The elements of the story clashed and became distracting (the reflections in the mirrors, heads popping on the side etc.)

ITA disapointing ed only liked the Bal Masque ed so far

The Party is just terrible. I don't like the issue. So far the only editorial that i kinda liked was Bal Masqué.

I like all the eds so far. Not too keen on The Party though. It's everywhere but nowhere in particular. I do love what I've seen from Bal Masque.

And wow at Daphne, she's not even 16 and Carine seems to love her already. Good for her!

Yeah, Testino would be a better choice. This issue just seems underwhelming so far.

I was expecting much more from this issue. The Party is probably the worst ed I've seen in VP this year.

This looks like an impassive issue. Although I'm terribly disappointed that there is no En Vogue or Zoom this month.
I guess the stellar cast compensates that. Bal Masqué isn't typically me, it reminds me of Snejana's W March 2007 edit.
Usually I'm not fond of Steven Klein's work. But Lara's editorial is impeccable, I love the shot standing over the floor light.
Inez and Vinoodh's editorial screams to me. Everything from the location to the casting. It's very candid-y.
There is so much to look at, I love it. Natasha, Anja and Isabeli are working it. Thanks for the scans elsa!

wow, bal masqué is one of the best editorials i've seen this year. i love the styling and the cast is just amazing. well done carine!
i kinda like klein's ad as well. the first shot is the best one, imo. i love how lara looks
and i have no words to describe how much i loathe the party. everything about it is bad. not even isabeli could save it... and to make it worse they put natasha and anja

This issue sounds fantastic on paper (what a review!) but for what I have seen now, I am very underwhelmed. The main ed is ok, but should have been spectacular. Call me cheesy, but it would've worked a lot better if they shot this on the steps of the Paris Opera House or something...and in full color.

All three editorials so far are absolutely breathtaking! I will say that The Party is a bit busy but overall it's still very good.

I feel this way about the issue too.

I'm not exactly disappointed or anything by it, but it's just sort of average.

I'll probably appreciate it more in real life.

Bal Masque, Les Peches & The Party is fabulous! Very unexpected casting but all turned out to be lovely. Les Peches reminds me of Lara`s editorial for W last year but she still looks gorgeous, provocative and fierce here. Bal Masque is fabulous! Speechless. The Party is fun, love the casting, styling and theme. Lovely!
