I think it's F/W 2013 cover, because I see previous cover and she was for s/s 2014 and the first was with Malgosia Bela and was autumn cover for 2012. I don't see this cover before!

it's their 3rd Issue (first Malgosia, 2nd Diana Dondoe) and this one.
I saw this cover for the first time earlier in july, when someone posted a scan on my facebook wall..

it's a new bi-annual lifestyle magazine, but the audience is focused on Chinese tourists in France. the Chinese characters say "A Guide to France," instead of the original "Clothes&Beauty."
