I would like to know what goes on in the mind of the EIC, too...
The full editorial can be found here. Although she looks deranged on the cover, I must say I love the image with the mask. KindaI wish they would've gone with it instead.
I don’t like her hair.
And why hire Anton Corbijn without letting him shoot in his signature black and white?
but it's the perfect expression for this mad year i guess
How. Do. You. Make. TILDA. SWINTON. Look. This. Horrible?
Literally one of the easiest stars to make look gorgeous with the tiniest bit of effort, she literally needs nothing at all except even a mediocre photography skill to look astonishing. Yet here the whole team tried their best to make a totally vile cover. I am so angry at this.
What are these???
My god. Fashion magazines deserve their fate i swear.
Yes!!! They did the cover with the mask! I'm so into it for some reason... must be still in that Halloween spirit.
I could really do without the Alien-esque facehugger cover.
It doesn't matter that it's Tilda, this is just beyond awful!
Where's Phuel? He's always complaining about editors having a tunnel vision when it comes to Bjork, imo it's no different with Tilda. How stunning would it be if she could be photographed straight forward, without all the theatrics?
Not a single cover works!
This EIC is such a joke.
What’s ironic is Tilda is a spectacular actress. But here, her expressions come off as bad acting to me.
David Bowie meets Halloween.
I saw her name and thought she was going to save 2020 but they did her dirty. Such makeup and concepts only work on 20 year old high fashion models. Tilda always looks best in minimalist or sophisticated makeup this makes her look like a deranged version of Vivienne Westwood.
All the covers are kinda boring & disappointed, i can't believe than Corbijn to shoot these photographs & he doesn't make justice to Tilda.
As if I can complain about a Tilda Swinton cover right now.
Tilda sweetie, I’m so sorry...
