That's definitely Mila. The shot is from her March 2011 spread in American W mag. It makes for a gorgeous cover, as opposed to the cover for that same March issue.

yeah it's a reprint. I like the image but I'm not sure it works so well for a cover and the "W" could use more color or the coverlines, because it looks flat
