Kate's editorial really doesn't seem like it should be black and white..and though it's a really memorable cover, I can't stand it..she looks like a drag queen and I hate the fact that her eyebrows are blonde..

Can someone please post or direct me to Madame Butterfly w/ Kim Noorda & Gemma Ward? I've seen a few pictures from the edit, but never the entire thing. Please & Thank you!
