could tom ford be any more in love with himself!?!?

the interview was (unintentionally) hilarious in that regard. or maybe it's just me.

the pic of tom buffing the rear of one of the triplets is my fave.

just bought this issue today. the kate editorial looks better in person i think. definitely like it better now that i see it right in front of me. and omg, the nude tom ford pic is 3 pages...and is now on my wall

not crazy about the "3-D" gemma ed at all. in fact, thats something i could've lived without, one of the pics actually bothers my eyes. though i'm sure plenty of people will like it. i like artsy and different but this is a little out there for my taste...

I liked this issue but didn't love it. It's great to pair Kate Moss with Mario Sorrentti, but they picked the worst picture from the shoot for the cover. Kate Moss is supposed to look like an elegant-necked swan, but there is something wrong about her lips. I'd rather see a pic of her playing with the fishnet/lace on the cover. And the story would benefit from being longer. The photography is unusually cold for Sorrentti, I thought. It looks a bit like David Sims' or Inez & Vindooh's work.

As for Tom Ford... This man is pulling a Gwen Stefani and storming every fashion magazine. While I often like his pictures (the W edit is the most high-concept one he's done this round) and his interviews are entertaining in a way that only an arrogant bastard can be entertaining, his holiday line for Estee Lauder sucks!!
