Okay. So I'd like to try and make a shirt like the one that I hope posts along with this. Question, is it hard to make a shirt like this? I'm going to have help from my talented and experienced aunt, but I don't think she's ever made a shirt like this. I have little experience when it comes to sewing and such.

Does anyone know where or how I would find a pattern? Or anything...

Really any advice in making your own clothes would be GREAT! :woot:

Thankssss to anyone who is willing to help!

Well the best place to fine any pattern would be your local fabric/ craft store. If you don't have one in your area I suggest going to Walmart, cause they usually have a sewing/fabric dept. Once you have the pattern it will be easy to figure out what to buy (ie: fabric and notions) cause it's all listed on the back of the pattern envelope. Oh and be sure to take your measurements before you go cause this determines the amount of fabric you will need and ultimately the size you'll cut the pattern out in.

one last thing: by the picture I'm guessing that the shirt is kind of cowboy inspired. I'm not sure if this will be the case but you might have trouble finding such a pattern with regular shirts. If so try looking through the Halloween/ costume pattern selection.

Since you have an experience guide I'm sure you'll do just fine. if you follow all the instructions it aught to be a piece of cake.

hope that wasn't too much info:)
