I might have some lighter pieces here shortly :innocent: I sense some online shopping coming on... ... :woot:
Soft - love them both!! Country Road, huh? My favorite white s/s oxford is from them and, sadly, it's on its last leg :( I've been searching to replace it... another one of those items  I'm also enjoying how you answer Faust before he can ask the question
Travis - sounds beautiful!

Adorefaith - sadly, all their stores have closed here in the US :(

Thanks Analog :flower: Love your accessories ;)

gorge softgrey - both looks are great.....well I think the first is better (but only marginally). Johnny thinkgs the second is better, so that's a good compromise. Actually johnny says that the second outfit is his favourite of your ever!!
 ...favourite ever??... even more than the 'rah rah skirt'..???...
well...thank you both for the lovely sentiments...
btw-what's johnny wearing???...

thanks adorefaith...
and curious...:mowhawk:...rock on sister!!...

fyi-*i think they might have just one country roads shop left uptown...
i just don't think it ever caught on here...
we have a lot of stores like that already....ie-ann taylor, banana republic,etc...

Aww.. Thanks dear  Such a generous offer!

I'm not sure why they've closed, but it's been several years now. I stumbled across the store years ago in Georgetown. I want to say it was '98 and that's when I got the shirt. Perfect fit! Not too tight or too loose... the same one I've posted in here a gazillion times  Well, I'll let you know if I need to take you up on that offer ;) Thanks again :flower:

Edit - Thanks Softie :winkiss:

softgrey.....he says he thinks it looks very carpe diem. I tried to take pics of today's outfit but it hasn't worked. I can't seem to send it to my computer.....

whoopsy........
meant to say thanks analog...
:flower:..

i get it helena and johnny...
it's the 'perma-wrinkled' look that appeals to johnny...
actually...i thought helena would really like it cause it's navy AND perma-wrinkled...
...

*i think the perma-wrinkling is the reason it didn't sell in such a mainstream store...
...go figure...:ermm:

softgrey - oh i do like it petal....very much but I like your little shoe/sock/trousers combo with the little grey cardi......very cool.

thanks helena...i wasn't fishing for another compliment...
i just can't help but think of you everytime i put on something blue...

yes I like that pic too. there is a good japanese website that they are from...(oops forgot to credit the pic didn't i), do a google search for it - its the one with all the !!!! on its name. Some of the clothes featured are really great...I noticed it was going down a treat in Paris last week - I saw someone wearing the exact same outfit as me!!! Its expensive but the quality is high.

Thanks Ta-ta! I love to stay in my pajamas on Sunday sipping coffee reading my magazines
Softie,I'll try taking pictures without a tripod. I would be so lucky if one out if ten pictures is not blur :p I like how you did your hair and the pants/cardigan outfit is so cute!:crush:
Analog,I love your accessories! I wish I was good at it
Thank you Curious!Your outfit made me want a waistcoat more! How did you manage to take clear pictures with only one hand holding the camera? Very impressive!

Sonny: I have missed you these past few days, great to have you around again :woot: looking cute there, rock on!

about u all...

-FTB, please u have to find the way to get your pic taken as you are the man of the million dollars wardrobe and i cant wait to see you looking that cool. i mean it.

-Tangerine, the best dressed man in jeans! love your APC jeans and the fact that you made us happy by dressing in blue! i esp. loved the belt you were wearing then. Also thanks for the nice words about my look from the pic last week with me wearing the jeans, foulard and golden shoes. you are a sweetie:heart:

-Susie, always making the weirdest and coolest combinations of items of clothing and always getting a perfect result...:flower: also, thanks for your sweet words:)

-Seth, u look as if you were queueing for a NIN gig and that is never a bad thing style-wise.

-Urd, lovely army grey pointy flats.. i would need them as i love every navy looking item of clothing. thumbs up!

-Mouko, i need more warm and cool winter clothes and i would give an arm for a cool Marc Jacobs sweater like the one you have. really great!:woot:

-Softgrey, i esp. liked your rock and roll style with those boots and skinny jeans. Nice!!!

-Caffeine... i am so jealous.. i love that Chanel jacket!!!! oh lucky YOU!;)

-Goose, u r moving to NYC? oh my... i wish i were you... i was there last Easter for only about 6 days and fell in  with that b*tch of a city. btw, you looked casual yet stylish in those (fantastic!) worn out jeans and red sweatshirt.

-Again Alejandro, love your haircut and those skinny jeans! not all the guys can wear them. they suit u!

see u later!!!

luv, Sonny xxx

Thanks Sonnytsunami for allowing me to 'basque' in your glory.

 Sorry but sometimes I feel like TFS is the only place where I can be corny and not get yelled at.

ha, ha.. i know what you mean Soft... i would have thought the same thing! but truth is i bought it in a store where new italian clothes were sold only.i love vintage clothing though!
i immediately fixed my eyes on the skirt as i thought it looked as it could have belonged to my mom when young or something!:) i also fell in love with this gorgeous white Ferré belt they had.. but tried it and... it was too small for me...
luv, Sonny xxx

I'm still in my church clothes:
