What designers/lines/brands run very small?

BCBG does make XXS in dresses and tops.

If youre looking to buy stuff more on the less expensive side try Free People. They run very small. Most of the tops are flowey and loose, but they are cut for smaller bodies.

I find most french brands tend to vanity size less. I've also ordered a pair of 23 Ksubi jeans so I'll update on how they run when they arrive

I find that Cheap Monday runs at least an inch small. I have CM 25s that fit me best at 24.

Balmain.... I once had my brother (who is a 46 or 48 in Italian sizing) try on a size 52 balmain shirt.... It was a perfect fit; any size smaller would not have buttoned.
